Central Georgia Disabled American Veterans to Present Award to Fairgrounds

The Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter will receive the American Eagle Award from the Donald E. Moody Chapter 33 of the Central Georgia Disabled American Veterans. The group is located in Warner Robins, Georgia.
The Fairgrounds is being recognized for its support of DAV fund-raising efforts. Over the past few years, DAV volunteers have collected donations from their booth during the Georgia National Fair. These monies have supported their volunteer efforts on behalf of more than 1,500 military men and women.
Presenting the award will be Burl Jaimmerson, 2nd Vice Commander, State of Georgia DAV; Eldon Wilson, new Commander, Chapter 33; Ernie Walker, Senior Vice Commander, Chapter 33; and Ted Pulsifer, Chief of Staff, Chapter 33.
The award presentation will take place April 11, 12:00 p.m., Fairview Room.
