But it's also a careful lesson in water conservation. 4-H agents used the irrigation system to teach children in grades 5 to 8 about the importance of water and water conservation. On June 6, 4-H students from Mitchell, Baker, Colquitt, Decatur and Randoph counties descended upon the University of Georgia's Stripling Irrigation Research Park to take part in the fifth annual 4-H20 camp.
